Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer in the Corporate Sector - Employee Platforms team. You will apply deep expertise across software, applications, and technical processes, specializing in a domain to drive multi-technology programs.

Focus on Software-Defined Branch platform, modernizing C#, .NET, and PowerShell workflows for Windows automation at scale. You will introduce AI tools into daily workflows, engage with agentic patterns on the CDAO Fusion Studio platform,

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, scaling, resilience or performance assessments.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support infrastructure workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations and ensure resiliency, security, and auditability.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and LLМ integration in production contexts.

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise to analyze complex data and systems, anticipates issues and mitigates risk.
• Architects and implements changes to resolve issues and modernize technology processes.
• Be responsible for infrastructure engineering in line with business requirements.
• Drives multiple complex programs and outcomes.
• Provides thought leadership within the product line.
• Ensures work complies with standards for risk, security, and business objectives.
• Advises junior engineers and technologists.
