Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance (US Citizens only).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline or four years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Ability to collaborate in a team but execute independently.
• Thrives in a high-trust, adaptable team environment.
• Proficient in Golang and Python.
• Experience contributing to or leading the design of new capabilities.
• Experience with agentic development and applying LLMs, embeddings, and smaller trained models to analytics, including evaluating accuracy and uncertainty.
• Experience with API/SDK development and working with software integrators to debug and solve integration challenges, using GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Participate in architectural discussions and execute on priority features.
• Develop robust, high-quality software with a user-first mindset and timely delivery.
• Build and integrate automated testing into the product's codebase.
• Consistently groom backlog and execute tasks in a sprint-driven cadence.
