Job summary

TENEX.AI is hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability for our AI-driven cybersecurity platform. You will design resilient infrastructure, automate operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold production readiness.

The role emphasizes on-call readiness, scalable systems, and performance optimization in a fast-growing startup environment. On-site Monday-Thursday with Friday remote, competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software engineering for production systems.
• Cloud infrastructure expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure and Kubernetes management.
• Extensive IaC experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Hands-on observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
• Understanding of distributed microservices and event-driven designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure for the AI-driven platform.
• Develop internal tooling to automate deployment, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, optimize for low latency and high throughput.
• Lead incident response, run post-mortems, implement long-term fixes.
• Manage infrastructure via code across AWS/GCP/Azure environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security to bake reliability into development.
