Job summary

1KOMMA5° is seeking a QA engineer to own the quality of its Flutter-based mobile apps and to advance AI-driven testing across cross-functional product teams. You will shape test strategy, drive automation, and work with engineers, product, and design to ship with confidence.

As part of the Product & Tech team, you will lead autonomous exploratory testing, intelligent test orchestration, and self-directed QA workflows, ensuring real‑time quality signals rather than gate-based release checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience across manual testing, automation, and test strategy.
• Hands-on mobile test automation with Appium or comparable tools.
• Experience CI/CD integration and rapid release cycles.
• Understanding of mobile app architectures and APIs.
• Ability to use AI in QA workflows and exploratory testing.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own quality across mobile products end-to-end: strategy, execution, monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and design to shape quality practices.
• Identify gaps in testing approaches and close them.
• Maintain automated test suites (Appium/BrowserStack) for critical journeys.
• Advise on testing strategy early in the design stage.
• Push AI-driven QA to advance autonomous testing and orchestration.
• Build real-time QA feedback loops integrated with development.
