Job summary

TerraFinn Technologies is seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with AI-driven testing expertise to join our quality engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.

You will leverage AI/ML-powered tools to enhance test automation, implement self-healing scripts, and collaborate across Dev, QA, and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency with automation tools/frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG/JUnit.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with AI testing tools (Testim, Applitools, Mabl, etc.)
• Familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for testing.
• Prompt engineering know-how.
• Experience testing AI-powered features (chatbots, NLP, recommendations).
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and bias detection.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
• Leverage AI/ML-powered tools to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation.
• Implement self-healing test scripts to reduce maintenance effort.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze large test execution data to identify trends, flakiness, and performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate AI-based test data generation and predictive analytics to optimize coverage.
• Ensure high standards of quality for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation and AI-driven testing methodologies.
