Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for a platform within the clinical research space. You will drive AI-embedded product opportunities, align with stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

Responsibilities include shaping customer-informed strategy, championing user-centric design, and presenting value at customer sites and industry events. Remote role with 0–5% travel, headquartered in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering; clinical research or healthcare technology experience required.
• Functional understanding of the clinical research process and clinical software systems.
• Experience delivering software in a 21 CFR Part 11 validated environment is a plus.
• Ability to make rapid, complex decisions across competing objectives.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile software development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for platforms or product lines in clinical research.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, data, and commercial teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to collect inputs and prioritize features.
• Present at customer sites, trade shows, or web conferences to demonstrate value.
• Mentor junior product staff and shape AI-driven opportunities.
