Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP's Research Services team seeks a collaborative, detail-oriented Research Librarian to support attorneys and business professionals with legal and business research. You will transform complex information into clear, actionable insights and deliver timely results in a fast-paced, centralized environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited program.
• Familiarity with legal research databases (Westlaw, Lexis).
• At least two years of professional law firm library experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers legal and business research with minimal supervision, leveraging advanced research platforms and AI tools.
• Produces concise, well-organized research deliverables with findings, methodology, and recommendations.
• Trains attorneys and staff on research resources, emerging technologies, and responsible AI use.
• Promotes knowledge sharing and partner across teams to deliver efficient, institution-wide solutions.
• Leverages AI and emerging tech to enhance research quality and efficiency.
• Champions continuous learning and process improvement within the library team.
• Applies cost-awareness and supports departmental goals.
