Qualifications

• Master's in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited program.
• Two years of professional law firm library experience.
• Familiarity with legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in AI applications and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Delivers legal and business research with minimal supervision using AI tools.
• Selects effective strategies, analyzes complex data, yields actionable insights.
• Manages multiple requests, meets deadlines and quality standards.
• Produces concise, well-organized deliverables; formats include memos, reports, and presentations.
• Trains attorneys on research resources, AI tools, and responsible use of AI.
• Leverages AI and emerging tech to enhance research quality and efficiency.
• Partners across teams to deliver firm-wide research solutions.
• Supports knowledge sharing and best practices across Library Resources.
