Job summary

ExploreK12 is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the technical realization of AI-powered learning platforms. You will own data pipelines, curation engine, and adaptive recommendations, collaborating with engineering, UX, research, and analytics within the Learning Intelligence Infrastructure.

You will translate architectural requirements into executable roadmaps, define use cases, guardrails, and phased implementations while ensuring privacy-aware, explainable systems aligned

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical product management, incl. ML/data products.
• Experience translating architectural schemas into roadmaps.
• Experience with data governance, interoperability policies.
• Ability to write concise, actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define platform roadmap and technical specs for interoperability & identity workflows.
• Lead Learning Intelligence Infrastructure Initiative with cross-functional partners.
• Translate interoperability, data mappings into executable backlogs.
• Align teams to deliver explainable, privacy-aware systems matching tech needs.
• Define AI-enabled use cases and phased rollout across metadata, analytics, and workflows.
• Own technical product planning and execution bridging business and tech goals.
• Coordinate feedback across departments and organize stakeholder input.
• Incorporate customer questions into product backlogs and improvement plans.
• Identify and mitigate program delivery risks.
