Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Success Insights Engineer (Finance) to scale platform adoption with data-driven, AI-native analytics. You will design data pipelines into Databricks, implement AI agent workflows, and build executive dashboards tracking adoption, engagement, and ecosystem health.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales operations to source telemetry, validate data contracts, and ensure data accuracy across platforms for leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Data/Analytics Engineering or BI producing production data products.
• Proven experience operationalizing LLMs into autonomous agents for engineering workflows.
• Deep expertise in Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Databricks workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate data pipelines into Databricks with data quality gates.
• Use AI agents to automate verification and gatekeeping before production.
• Translate leadership questions into measurable definitions and dashboards.
• Develop executive dashboards tracking platform adoption and ecosystem health.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and external vendors for telemetry and data contracts.
• Operationalize measurement across evolving channels and ensure data honesty.
