Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join the Principal team within the Data Center Capacity Delivery organization. You will drive automation of core processes, apply AI to inspect construction projects, and rollout new initiatives across the portfolio with focus on scale and measurable impact.

You will own end-to-end rollout plans, align leadership and ground teams, and translate strategy into actionable programs while continually improving governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• 2+ years using AI to create process improvements with automation and data audits.
• 5+ years of data center program/project management and technical experience in Construction, Commissioning and Controls.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects across design and project stages, adapting to change.

Responsibilities

• Identify and automate manual, repetitive processes across the Principal team to reduce cycle time and errors.
• Evaluate, pilot, and rollout AI technology to inspect construction projects for faster, more accurate reviews.
• Lead end-to-end rollout of new initiatives with plans, stakeholders, success metrics, and adoption.
