Job summary

Leidos Energy, Infrastructure, and Automation (EIA) seeks a Senior Growth Solutions Architect to drive AI-enabled grid modernization for electric power utilities. You will shape strategic opportunities, engage C-suite leaders, and partner with Growth teams to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions across transmission, substation, and distribution design and operations.

Qualifications

12+ years in Electric Power Utilities (T&D, grid operations, or design).
Proven success closing large, complex deals and managing strategic portfolios.
Strong expertise in utility planning, design, and operations.
Experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and digital transformation.
Knowledge of AI/ML, cyber, and cloud concepts.
Deep grid domain understanding and ability to translate tech into value.
Excellent executive engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of AI-enabled technologies and value propositions for utilities.
Create go-to-market materials to expand client engagement and opportunity development.
Listen to customer needs and refine value propositions to maximize benefits.
Advise on strategic deals, shaping large-scale opportunities for growth.
Leverage AI tooling to gain insights on markets, budgets, and friction points.
Lead high-value deals with top utilities to enable grid modernization.
Build relationships with CIO/CTO/COO and T&D executives.
