Job summary

EY’s Platforms Practice is seeking software engineers to design and deliver intelligent, AI-centric platforms. You’ll identify user requirements, craft UI across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces, and build robust services that meet business goals.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with clients, travel as needed, and contribute to a fast-paced, technically diverse team focused on scalable APIs, distributed systems, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 2–4 years relevant experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like: D3, Highcharts, Ploty.js, Ember Charts.
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing.
• Experience working on complex problems and in a complex codebase.
• Knowledge of frontend “best practices” around page performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Designing and developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.
