Job summary

EY is seeking software engineers to shape the future of intelligent platforms. You will identify user requirements and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablets, creating components that interact with upstream and downstream services.

You'll design APIs, implement microservices with Java/Python, apply AI to business problems, and collaborate in an agile team. Regular travel to meet clients is possible, with a hybrid work model in a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like D3, Highcharts, Ploty.js, Ember Charts.
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing.
• Experience working on complex problems and in a complex codebase.
• Knowledge of frontend “best practices” around page performance.

• Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
