Job summary

TickPick LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end systems across API, web, and mobile stacks, using AI agents to accelerate development and improve quality.

You will orchestrate agentic workflows, optimize API performance, and build integrations with fintech and ticket providers to expand services. A hands-on, autonomous contributor in a fast-growing team is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong in at least one of C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, or React/React Native—and able to work across all.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and writing/optimizing queries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end systems from database schema to API to production deployment.
• Work across the stack: .NET APIs, React/Next.js web, React Native mobile; leverage AI agents to fill gaps.
• Orchestrate AI coding agents to accelerate development, code review, and research across the codebase.
• Build/refine agentic workflows: automated tests, code review pipelines, monitoring.
• Optimize API performance for scalability.
• Create integrations with third-party providers to offer more services.
• Design/develop new APIs for upcoming features.
• Explore personalized user experiences (notifications, recommendations, pricing alerts).
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them to free the team for higher-impact work.
• Use data to drive business logic decisions.
