Klaviyo in Boston seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to advance its AI-native Customer Agent platform. You will shape autonomous service, AI-driven support, and agentic commerce experiences across channels. The team balances startup energy with ownership, iteration, and execution.

You will collaborate across engineering, product, design, data science, and GTM teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI-enabled customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a software engineering role.
• Proven track record of building high-quality products and systems.
• Strong experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience building scalable, customer-facing systems in fast-moving environments.
• Experience leading projects and owning outcomes.
• Experience mentoring teammates and driving initiatives.
• Experience conducting code reviews and robust testing/deployment.
• Curiosity about AI-native product development with LLMs/AI tooling.
• Product mindset with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale systems across the stack powering intelligent workflows and multi-channel engagement.
• Develop foundational platform capabilities and customer-facing experiences for configurable AI agents.
• Address technical and product challenges, weighing trade-offs and options.
• Lead technically, mentoring engineers and improving quality and delivery.
• Deliver well-designed, tested solutions prioritizing reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
• Contribute to platform decisions and improve agent experiences.
