Qualifications

• You have owned a production system end-to-end, including when it broke.
• You have shipped LLM features that real users depend on.
• You have worked at a company with a high engineering bar and know what good looks like.
• You have changed what you built because a stakeholder pushed back.
• You can explain a technical decision to a CEO and to a junior engineer in the same meeting.
• You use AI coding tools every day and judge the result by the system and its output, not the language.

Responsibilities

• Sit with the client's team, find where AI moves their numbers, and decide what ships first.
• Design and build the systems: LLM workflows with human review, extraction from messy business data, and agents that act on real records.
• Run it in production. Reliability is yours.
• Say no to work that won't pay back.
• Hand it off so the client's team can run it on their own.
