Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in New York to own a core area of the finance platform, collaborating with accountants, controllers, CFOs and customers to translate complex financial workflows into reliable software.

You will design trusted AI agents for finance workflows, build data infrastructure across ERPs and other enterprise systems, and drive production reliability while working closely with customers to understand their needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with backend focus.
• Experience designing and building complex production systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines and observability.
• Experience with AI/LLM-enabled workflows is a plus.
• Ability to own end-to-end features across stack (LLM, backend, data).
• Experience interfacing with enterprise systems and ERP-like data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-enabled financial workflows and agents.
• Build data infrastructure to connect ERP, banking, payroll and CRM data.
• Ensure reliability, observability and security of software systems.
• Collaborate with finance professionals to map manual processes to automated software.
• Own production reliability and performance improvements across the system.
• Work with developers to accelerate testing and delivery.
