Cohere is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain customer facing workflows and agentic automations within the North AI workspace platform. You will own features end‑to‑end, collaborating with product, UX, ML, and sales to rapidly validate requirements and prototype.

The role focuses on finance domain integrations and enterprise data sources, emphasizing reliability, security, and governance.

• Experience in full‑stack product engineering.
• Proven ability to design and ship production software used by thousands of users.
• Strong product judgment and attention to end‑user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, ship, and maintain customer facing workflows and agentic automations.
• Own features end‑to‑end from design to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, ML, and Sales to validate requirements and prototype quickly.
• Work closely with customers in the finance domain.
• Develop interfaces that integrate with financial data sources and enterprise tools.
