This role partners with the CFO and Finance organization to deliver quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, building scalable tools and automations that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in Finance or FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated experience automating financial or analytical workflows (scripts, tools, or applications).

Responsibilities

• Performs variance analysis against forecast, budget, and actuals across cost, revenue, capital expense, liabilities, and other operating metrics.
• Facilitates the monthly close and analysis of profit & loss, working capital, and non-financial accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Builds and maintains automated reporting and forecasting solutions that reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Uses AI tools and scripting to accelerate data preparation, analysis, and recurring deliverables.
• Participates in the annual budgeting process, including unit-level income and expense budgets.
• Provides forecast analysis of key metrics and other financial consulting for business performance.
