You will partner with the AI Platform Engineering team to create agentic workflows that plan, invoke tools, and execute multi-step legal and business tasks with secure, scalable solutions. Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software applications.
• Experience leading architecture and technical delivery for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Mentoring senior engineers and setting engineering standards.
• Proficiency with source control, CI/CD, testing, and DevOps practices.
• Experience building production software backed by large language models and tool calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategic engineering initiatives and set delivery standards.
• Drive architecture decisions for enterprise applications and shared platforms.
• Define long-term technology roadmaps and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Design agentic workflows, tool calls, and MCP interfaces with proper permissions.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and guide best practices across teams.
