Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to guide customers in the UAE and Southern EMEA through AI‑powered DevSecOps transformations. You will lead technical evaluations, design architectures, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive adoption and growth across the lifecycle.

You will engage with customers, demonstrate value through PoCs, and provide strategic guidance on modern software development, cloud and security practices, while building lasting

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with customers in technical pre‑sales or consulting roles.
• Proficiency with end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, including DevSecOps practices.
• Hands‑on with source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms and mapping platform capabilities to customer use cases.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations like proofs of concept/value, contribute to tenders/audits, and run workshops.
• Clear technical communication for practitioners to senior decision makers.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams.
• Fluency in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation for the AI‑powered DevSecOps platform across the full lifecycle.
• Drive the technical evaluation process including solution design, PoC/PoV ownership, workshop design, and value stream assessments.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to shape account strategies and support new customer acquisition.
• Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to drive platform adoption.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices and challenge existing approaches.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Maintain and extend technical expertise, creating reusable collateral for customers and partners.
• Invest in personal growth through learning and knowledge sharing.
