Mission Driven Research is seeking a skilled, AI-native senior DevSecOps engineer to join our Multimode Threat Simulation Development (MTSD) team in Huntsville, Alabama. You will design, build, and operate secure infrastructure, automation, and delivery pipelines at agent speed.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in DevOps/security/software engineering, and the ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field.
• 7+ years of full-time professional experience in a DevOps, platform, security, or software engineering role.
• Ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, security scanning, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure infrastructure, automation, and delivery pipelines.
• Create engineering-level defense simulation infrastructure and scalable pipelines.
• Advance AI-native workflows with guardrails, observability, and secure deployment practices.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure fast, reliable, and secure code delivery.
