Improvado, an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform, is hiring a DevOps/SysOps engineer to own and scale our cloud infrastructure. You’ll manage AWS/Azure Kubernetes, design scalable infra, and drive reliability across data processing at scale.

You’ll implement Helm/Terraform, monitor with Prometheus and Grafana, and secure the stack with IAM, secrets management, and encryption. This remote-first role demands strong Linux skills and EST timezone availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps/SRE role
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes at scale
• Experience with Helm charts, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring stacks
• Familiarity with Linux, scripting (bash/python) and security practices
• Comfortable with high-velocity startup environments and EST timezone
• Fluency in English

Responsabilités

• Manage and evolve cloud infra on AWS/Azure (Kubernetes) for reliability
• Design scalable, reliable infra for AI-driven analytics
• Build and maintain Helm charts, Terraform, multi-environment setups
• Own monitoring/alerting with Prometheus/Mimir, Grafana, CloudWatch
• Security: IAM, secrets, vulnerability scanning, encryption
• On-call rotation participation
