Job summary

Improvado, an AI-powered marketing analytics platform, is hiring a DevOps/SysOps engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure in a remote-first environment.

You will manage AWS/Azure/Kubernetes clusters, design scalable IAM, VPCs, and monitoring stacks, maintain Helm/Terraform configurations, and ensure reliable data processing at scale. Strong Linux, Bash/Python, and EST timezone availability are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps/SRE role.
• Extensive experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Strong Linux fundamentals; Bash or Python scripting.
• Ability to work in EST timezone; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve cloud infra on AWS/Azure (Kubernetes); ensure cluster reliability.
• Design scalable, reliable infra for AI-driven analytics and data processing.
• Build and maintain Helm charts, Terraform, and multi-environment setups.
• Own monitoring/alerting with Prometheus/Mimir, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Administer and optimize storages: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis.
• Support message brokers: RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Temporal.
• Drive infrastructure security: IAM, secret management, vulnerability scanning.
• Own network design: VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs.
• Monitor cloud costs and on-call rotation.
