Job summary

Akkadian Labs is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure across AWS, hybrid, and on-prem environments. You will automate deployments, manage IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation, and drive observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

You'll work with CI/CD tooling, Linux systems, and containerization, with a focus on reliability, security, and collaboration across engineering, QA, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or related role.
• Hands-on AWS with EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
• Linux environments and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Scripting in Python or Bash; CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK; security basics.
• Experience supporting AI/model deployment pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure and DevOps processes.
• Automate deployments and workflows; enable reliable releases across AWS, hybrid, and on‑prem environments.
• Manage IaC and containerization (Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor observability and performance; participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with engineering and QA teams.
• Support security controls and compliance in DevOps contexts.
