Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an AI Enablement Engineer to design, build, deploy, and scale enterprise ML and GenAI solutions in a CIO-aligned context. You will develop data pipelines, train models, and expose capabilities through secure APIs, while applying MLOps and governance practices.

You will collaborate with cloud AI platforms (Azure/AWS), support production deployments, and mentor engineers in advanced AI techniques and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software/data/ML engineering or AI solution development in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years hands-on Python with the listed libraries and OOP, data structures, testing.
• 3+ years building and evaluating ML models with feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• 2+ years building GenAI/LLM apps including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and production deployment.
• 2+ years developing agentic or multi-step AI workflows using orchestration frameworks and APIs.
• 3 years SQL/data modeling/ETL pipelines and relational/NoSQL databases.
• 3 years cloud AI/ML services (Azure/AWS/GCP) including secure deployment and monitoring.
• 5 years building APIs/backend services with Git, CI/CD, Docker; Kubernetes preferred.
• 2 years MLOps/LLMOps including MLflow, experiment tracking, model registries, versioning, testing, serving.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML engineering efforts with CIO-aligned teams to turn business problems into measurable AI use cases.
• Design, build, deploy, and scale enterprise ML and GenAI solutions across systems.
• Develop and validate data pipelines and data quality processes.
• Expose models via secure REST APIs and microservices (FastAPI/Flask).
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices for tracking, testing, and monitoring.
• Drive Azure/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and internal AI platform adoption; create reference architectures.
• Mentor teams, run design reviews, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
