Qualifications

4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
2+ years of AI / Agentic Software Engineering experience.
Experience with Golang and GitLab CI/CD.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong hands-on software development experience.
Experience delivering AI-enabled or agentic software solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions on schedule.
Develop production-quality software and reusable platform capabilities supporting AI-driven software delivery.
Build agentic workflows, tools, APIs, and integrations using Python and agent orchestration frameworks.
Integrate capabilities with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, repositories, testing, security, and deployment processes.
Lead portions of implementation for large projects involving technically complex solutions.
Create unit tests to ensure accuracy and software quality.
Mentor less experienced developers within the team.
Provide timely updates regarding technical task status.
