Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end-to-end for a portfolio of large accounts with ROI, adoption, utilization, and engagement metrics.
• Lead AI adoption and change management, guiding governance and workflow transformation.
• Identify renewal and expansion signals, partnering with Sales on business cases.
• Maintain executive presence and lead tailored business reviews with stakeholders.
