You will lead multi-use case adoption, manage health metrics, and partner with Sales to expand trusted relationships. The role blends hybrid/remote collaboration with executive-level storytelling and change management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Customer Success or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical fluency with ROI storytelling for executives.
• Executive presence and credible with C-suite audiences.
• AI fluency for aiR adoption, governance, and workflows.
• Change-management skills across multiple stakeholder levels.

Responsabilités
