Job summary

Leidos in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and maintain learner-centered training for the customer’s enterprise program, applying ADDIE and AI-powered tools to improve engagement and outcomes.

You will work with instructors, SMEs, and multimedia developers to deliver instructor-led, eLearning, and blended solutions, ensuring accessibility and LMS/SCORM compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and technologies, such as adaptive learning platforms or AI-powered authoring tools.
• Experience with Section 508 requirements and developing learning solutions for IC agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in adult learning practices and methods to develop and enhance instructional curriculum for classroom and web-based delivery.
• Execute training development life cycle for instructor-led courses, web-based and online training, blended learning, and performance support.
• Select and design innovative instructional strategies and associated technologies to optimize learning objectives and develop, execute, and test training courses.
• Manage and execute all aspects of training projects, including schedules, resources, and scope.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials in formats such as visuals, instructor guides, student materials, and reference guides.
• Provide consultation and recommendations on training solutions and curriculum development and delivery.
• Work with instructors, SMEs, and multimedia developers to analyze, design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
