One Park Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst to own data as an analytical asset, turning bank-transaction signals into decisions on approvals, pricing, and renewals. You will monitor portfolio health and identify drivers of growth, while shaping strategies that lift performance.

The role emphasizes AI-forward analytics, collaboration with Pricing and Credit teams, and building dashboards and self-serve insights for operations across the business.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in data or credit analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; comfortable pulling large datasets for real analysis.
• Fluency with bank-transaction / cash-flow data and what signals mean for a business.
• Hands-on experience with Plaid and connected-account transaction feeds.
• Credit-risk instinct to balance growth and risk and know when to approve.

Responsibilities

• Own read on merchant financial health from bank-transaction data across applicants and funded merchants.
• Develop and maintain health metrics, cohort views, and dashboards to track book performance.
• Identify leading indicators of loss and segments where trends forecast delinquency weeks ahead.
• Define criteria for approvals and pricing changes, collaborating with Pricing and Credit teams.
• Translate data signals into action and measure outcomes with business impact.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure clean, current data pipelines and reliable insights.
• Build lightweight tools and AI/LLM-assisted workflows to scale analysis for operations.
