You will prototype rapidly, design inference pipelines, and push production-ready features while ensuring reliability and observability. A fast-moving 0→1 environment offers ownership and impact across product, infra, and operations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience building production software systems.
• Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, distributed systems, reliability.
• Experience with fullstack systems, backend and some frontend.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in production or inference pipelines.
• Ability to prototype quickly while designing production-grade architecture.
• Strong systems thinking — orchestration, failure modes, observability.
• Comfort in ambiguous, 0→1 environments with high ownership.
