Job summary
Truist seeks an Ansible Automation Platform Engineer to design, operate, and continually enhance enterprise automation and CI/CD platforms that power software delivery organization-wide. You will implement AI-enabled automation, self-healing patterns, and scalable workflows to improve reliability, security, and developer experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
Responsibilities
- Designs, builds, and implements enterprise infrastructure platforms and systems across cloud and on-prem components.
- Applies automation, monitoring, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manages infrastructure projects aligned with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve standards.
- Troubleshoots complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance and reliability.
- Supports governance to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Guides infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures for operational consistency.
