Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in Python, Java, Go, or C++.
• 5 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience in developing virtual devices, developer tools, automation frameworks, testing infrastructure, or CI/CD systems.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to software engineering problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, maintain, and improve software that enhances developer workflow and release velocity.
• Lead technical design and architecture to scale AI testing on virtual devices.
• Develop AI-powered features in developer tools for code generation, review, testing, and bug triage.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and promote best practices.
• Define and track metrics to measure productivity and system health.
