Job summary

Chalk is hiring a senior Developer Relations engineer to own our developer funnel, build compelling demos and tutorials, and grow a vibrant community around our ML platform. You will ship videos, sample apps, and walkthroughs, working alongside product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure every launch has developer-ready examples.

You will demonstrate technical credibility with an audience that already listens to you, writing code, recording videos, and presenting demos yourself.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as AI/ML engineer or developer relations
• Proven ability to build a following through posts/videos
• Strong Python skills and ML/agent infra knowledge
• Experience producing demos, sample apps and tutorials
• Ability to influence product/roadmap from field learnings

Responsibilities

• Own developer funnel from first click to first deploy with starter projects
• Create demos, walkthroughs, and videos for engineers
• Grow Chalk's developer community through events and online channels
• Collaborate with product, engineering, docs, and marketing to ship usable launches
• Capture market feedback to steer DevRel content strategy
