Job summary

Lightning AI seeks a Staff Developer Advocate to serve as a technical champion and community liaison for AI builders using Lightning AI products. You will bridge engineering and developer communities to drive awareness, education, and adoption through technical content across multiple channels.

Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape developer experience and roadmaps, while mentoring junior advocates and speaking at industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or equivalent roles.
• Exceptional public speaking and technical storytelling.
• Experience building end-to-end technology roadmaps and evangelising AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact technical content (tutorials, blogs, sample code, reference architectures).
• Increase Lightning AI awareness through community engagement, talks, workshops, and conferences.
• Champion customer voice to product/engineering teams to influence roadmaps and DX.
• Establish industry credibility as a speaker at conferences and events.
• Mentor junior developer advocates and community managers to foster a high-performing DevRel culture.
• Develop testing frameworks across content formats and channels to promote AI-native automation.
