Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex processes. We’re hiring the first cohort of Forward Deployed Engineers to bring ProcessOS into production at enterprise customers, owning the deployment journey from first process file to a working, improving system.

You’ll work end‑to‑end across Java services and React interfaces with a global team to measure, improve, and scale performance and fault

Qualifications

• Enterprise production experience inside a large organization with governance and resilience.
• Technical depth: debug an integration, stand up a Camunda cluster, explain BPMN to engineers and business leads.
• Stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership.
• Practical AI experience: using AI to solve real production problems, including context management and agent testing.
• Comfort with ambiguity: make sound judgments and document learnings.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and prove: own the journey from first process file to production workflow; at 90 days one workflow running, 12 months 3–5 deployments.
• Drive organizational adoption across technical and business stakeholders to build lasting customer capability.
• Configure Camunda clusters locally and in the cloud; debug integration failures; build custom agents and connectors.
• Build the playbook: document best practices and speed up future deployments.
• Feed the product: contribute custom agents and coded integration patterns back to ProcessOS.
• Hand off to a trained customer team that can operate independently and continue improvement.
