Job summary

Maven AGI is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in the United States to own post-sale technical implementations for strategic enterprise customers. You will translate customer experience workflows into concrete technical plans, build integrations, configure Maven, and ensure production-ready deployments.

You are a hands-on builder comfortable coding, working with APIs, and iterating based on real-world usage, while communicating clearly with customer teams and Maven stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or equivalent customer-facing technical delivery experience.
• Hands-on coding in JavaScript/Node.js; TypeScript, React, Next.js and Python are strong pluses.
• Strong API and integration judgment across REST APIs, webhooks, auth, data mapping, retries, error handling, and debugging.
• Experience taking complex customer-facing technical projects from ambiguous requirements into production.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams; ability to explain tradeoffs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale implementation workstreams from kickoff through production launch and early customer success.
• Translate customer workflows into concrete technical plans with milestones and launch criteria.
• Build and debug integrations across CRMs, ticketing, CCaaS, knowledge bases, data warehouses, and APIs.
• Configure Maven using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and the Maven SDK.
• Prototype quickly when requirements are ambiguous, then turn into reliable production code.
• Design tests and evals for AI behavior and reliability; monitor quality signals.
