Job summary

Governor's Office of Information Technology seeks an AI Senior Delivery Manager to own a portfolio delivering AI-enabled services across Colorado. You will drive statewide AI deployments from pilots to scale, enabling faster, secure modernizations and ongoing product development.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of multiple experiences standing up, piloting, and scaling workforce development, learning, or technology rollouts in a large organization.
• Experience across data, design, engineering, policy, and operations to ship usable solutions.
• At least one year of experience with generative AI models.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into sustainable AI initiatives that improve the State's maturity in responsible AI.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks to keep initiatives resilient.
• Identify opportunities to provide central scaffolding and simplify processes.
• Serve as translator between technical teams and leadership with outcome-focused dashboards.
• Remove blockers across organizational, contractual, and technical obstacles and propose solutions.
• Provide technical assistance to colleagues across the state on leveraging AI.
