Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an AI Data Analyst & Project Manager to support the VA Chief AI Officer (CAIO) portfolio. The role combines data analytics, project management, and executive support to track AI initiatives, measure adoption, and drive outcomes.

You will work closely with CAIO leadership and initiative teams to develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting, while coordinating across policy, governance, and technical teams in a fast-paced AI environment. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience performing data analysis, business intelligence, or program analysis in federal or large-scale environments.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze, and validate data from multiple AI programs and VA initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to monitor AI adoption and performance.
• Coordinate with CAIO leadership, initiative leads, and stakeholders to track milestones and risks.
• Prepare executive briefings, status reports, and decision materials for leadership.
• Support planning, governance, and operational activities across AI initiatives.
