Job summary

CoPoint AI in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Consultant for AI and Data Consulting Services to support client engagements through hands-on design, development, and delivery of AI and data-driven solutions for enterprise customers. This full-time hybrid role involves writing and building solutions directly, partnering with client stakeholders, and collaborating with onshore and offshore peers.

The role DOES require 2-3 days in the office depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software development and end-to-end solution design.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience applying AI-driven software development practices with guardrails.
• Proven experience leading consulting project teams in enterprise or B2B settings.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end data, AI, and web applications across a modern tech stack.
• Develop responsive interfaces and integrate with enterprise data systems.
• Build scalable APIs and microservices using cloud-native principles.
• Implement AI-powered features in web applications using tools like LLMs and Azure OpenAI.
• Contribute to AI-assisted software development lifecycle improvements with the team.
• Support governance frameworks and model monitoring for responsible AI.
• Contribute to multi-model architectures combining analytics, AI, and web experiences.
• Serve as a hands-on SME in Microsoft Azure and modern frameworks (React, Angular, .NET Core).
• Execute project workstreams and collaborate with delivery teams onshore/offshore.
• Build day-to-day client relationships with clear, consistent communication.
• Identify opportunities for innovation through data and digital experiences.
• Support and mentor junior developers and analysts on technical delivery.
• Maintain high quality and consistency in code, solutions, and UX.
