Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a STEM field (Data Science, CS, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.)
• 3+ years of AI/ML algorithm development using core data science languages (Python, PyTorch) and data analysis (NLP, time-series, CV)
• 3+ years applying traditional ML and DL techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) across real-world projects
• 3+ years deploying and optimizing ML models using Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Trion, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow
• 3+ years of experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy AI/ML workloads
• Live within commuting distance to Deloitte offices
• Travel around 10% on average; willing to travel as needed
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Define data strategy and drive technical development for client projects
• Lead AI/ML solution delivery, providing thought leadership and maintenance
• Research and implement novel ML approaches, improving training and design
• Validate AI models via code reviews, unit and integration tests
• Collaborate with engineers and business teams to align with objectives
• Guide clients with autonomy in AI strategy and development
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Build and sustain professional relationships and lead project workstreams
