Job summary

CVS Health, via the Oak Street Health analytics team, is seeking an analyst to advance healthcare data insights. You will work with clinical and operational data, build validated data assets, and surface insights through queries and dashboards for diverse stakeholders.

You will apply statistics to identify drivers of outcomes, partner with data engineering to ensure robust data pipelines, and contribute to ongoing automation across clinical spaces.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of applied analytics experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience using SQL and Python to pull, clean, and analyze data.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep working knowledge of clinical and operational data and how it applies to healthcare problems.
• Build reusable data assets and documentation so analysts can work with data independently.
• Create queries, dashboards, and visualizations to surface data quality and clinical insights.
• Bridge clinical concepts and analytical frameworks for business partners.
• Design analysis pipelines applying statistical methods to identify drivers of outcomes.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure proper ingestion, transformation, and storage for downstream analytics.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis as required.
