Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s/PhD preferred for advanced modeling.
• 5–8+ years of data science, ML, or analytics experience.
• Experience building AI-enabled products for healthcare or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Strong coding, reproducibility, and production handoff discipline.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and clinical questions into data science problems, models, and evaluation plans.
• Prototype, validate, and productionalize data science and AI methods.
• Design and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows with safe guardrails.
• Build reusable analytical assets and dashboards to measure impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational improvements.
