The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI & Data Science to lead the AI & Data Science organization, setting technical direction, architecture reviews, and code reviews across a portfolio of analytics products.

You will modernize legacy workflows onto enterprise platforms, coach data scientists, and partner with marketing, product, and operations to deliver measurable technical outcomes. You will shape the team’s engineering standards, drive Bayesian modeling and NLP

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science, analytics, or ML
• 7+ years using Python and SQL to build production-grade pipelines
• Experience delivering solutions across multiple business domains

Responsibilities

• Lead automation of analytical workflows end-to-end
• Own technical direction of product lines (e.g., MMO)
• Design and evolve data pipelines for model rebuilds and reporting
• Translate business questions into modelling requirements and milestones
• Elevate software engineering and MLOps standards across the org
• Mentor data scientists and lead code reviews across projects
