Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Program Manager for its AI PMO to lead complex cross-functional programs delivering data platforms, AI/ML capabilities, and scalable engineering foundations. You will translate strategic roadmaps into executable plans and coordinate across AI, Data and Analytics teams with Jira as a core tool.

The role requires managing scope, dependencies, and risks, guiding release planning, and reporting to executives while ensuring delivery excellence and governance.

Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7+ Years experience in Project/Program Management that aligns with responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of software development, data platforms, cloud technologies, or AI/ML implementations.
• Experience using Jira for planning, execution, dependency management, and reporting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and align technical and business teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of complex AI, data and engineering programs.
• Partners with engineering leaders, product managers, data scientists and stakeholders to define scope and success measures.
• Translates roadmaps into integrated program plans with milestones and resource needs.
• Drives program governance, risk, dependencies, and delivery discipline from discovery to production adoption.
