Job summary

Recare is seeking a Senior AI Data Platform Engineer (m/w/d) to own and evolve the data backbone powering its AI products, including Voice, Extract & Docs, and Agent. You will ensure reliable ingestion, processing, and serving for scalable AI systems in healthcare, with a focus on secure, production-grade data pipelines.

You will design asynchronous processing, define API contracts, and implement data lifecycle primitives, retention, and provenance, while collaborating with BI and Product Data

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and high design standards.
• Hands-on with production-grade data and ingestion systems.
• Experience with asynchronous processing systems (queues, workers).
• Comfort owning service APIs and data contracts across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve data ingestion and processing backbone (batch/streaming).
• Design and operate asynchronous processing for heavy AI workloads.
• Define and maintain API contracts and data schemas across producers/consumers.
• Own data lifecycle: encryption, retention, deletion, right-to-erasure, provenance.
