Job summary

Recare Deutschland GmbH is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team and build agentic systems that operate reliably in production with privacy and correctness as top priorities. You will own a small set of projects to minimize context switching and influence the quality of our AI solutions.

You will design robust agent behavior, deploy AI applications via REST APIs or web UIs, and contribute to observability, tooling, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize core agent behavior for robust generative AI applications.
• Route requests, manage tools and context, and ensure instruction-following.
• Develop and maintain deployment infrastructure for AI agents and APIs.
• Set up observability pipelines for GenAI, including logging and dashboards.
