Red Arch Solutions seeks a senior AI/ML Data Engineer to design and lead enterprise-scale data platforms powering vector search, RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI initiatives. You will drive data architecture, governance, and security across teams, translating complex tradeoffs for leadership while delivering scalable, reliable AI infrastructure.

This role requires deep cloud experience, strong Python/SQL, and the ability to mentor engineers across an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 20+ years in software/data engineering, cloud architecture, or AI platform development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and ML solutions.
• Experience designing data pipelines for ML models and vector databases.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms for AI systems.
• Lead data governance, quality, lineage, and prompt traceability controls.
• Provide technical leadership across data infrastructure, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI requirements into production capabilities.
• Communicate tradeoffs and operational impacts to senior leaders.
